Sleeping habits

💤 Do you put off sleeping in order to get some 'me time ' at the end of the day or maybe watch another episode of your favourite series?

☝🏼 You could be doing 'Bedtime procrastination'.

Most of the time this is unintentional. 

However getting enough sleep is essential....7-9 hours is the recommended amount. 

🫩 Not getting enough sleep can have the same effect as being drunk. 

💡 Getting enough sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind!
